WHY DONATE

At the heart of Swasthgram’s mission lies a powerful belief: healthcare and livelihood should reach every corner of India. With this vision, the Saksham Program was born—empowering youth from underserved communities by developing essential skills and generating meaningful employment in the healthcare sector.Through this initiative, Swasthgram is building a dedicated and skilled workforce of Swasthsaathis and Swasthrakshaks—young changemakers who are delivering doorstep diagnostic services and creating lasting impact across rural India.

Empowering livelihoods, over 2,500 youth have been trained under the Saksham initiative, with more than 1,050 successfully placed in medical jobs. Driven by the ambitious Mission 95 Crore, the program aims to provide doorstep healthcare access to 95 crore Indians within the next five years while working toward the creation of 5 lakh lab technician jobs across the country. With a ground-rooted approach, SwasthRakshak—recruited from local communities—serve with empathy and deep understanding of regional challenges. Demonstrating unwavering dedication, Saksham volunteers have also played a crucial role in disaster relief, providing round-the-clock medical aid during natural calamities in Uttarakhand, Nepal, and Kerala.
