Long Term Goals

Swasthmanthan is our key program active from the foundation day of our trust.

Swasthmanthan is our flagship program, active since the foundation of our trust, focused on the early detection of critical diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and liver and kidney damage. By generating data through comprehensive health studies, the program enables healthcare authorities to take timely and proactive measures. It supports strategic decision-making for policymakers, aids in the planning of effective healthcare strategies, and helps review existing healthcare infrastructure and services. A key objective is to reduce out-of-pocket healthcare expenses by emphasizing prevention. The program also addresses broader health determinants by engaging women in discussions on education, nutrition, and social customs, encouraging them to lead positive change within their communities. Over time, the community is trained to manage non-communicable diseases (NCDs) through sustained awareness efforts, including health camps and street plays.

Swasthmanthan Campaign

Under the Swasthmanthan program, we recently launched a project focused on Cancer Test Screening and Awareness Sessions on Cancer Causes.

In India, breast cancer is a leading health concern, with one woman dying for every two newly diagnosed cases. Globally, cancer accounts for nearly 1 in 6 deaths, claiming around 8.8 million lives each year. The burden is especially heavy in low- and middle-income countries, where limited healthcare access and late diagnoses lead to poorer outcomes. Early detection plays a crucial role in improving survival rates and reducing treatment costs. Raising awareness, promoting regular screenings, and addressing social stigmas—especially around women's health—are essential steps in the fight against cancer. With a global goal to reduce premature mortality from cancer and other non-communicable diseases by one-third by 2030, coordinated efforts across communities, healthcare systems, and policymakers are vital to bring lasting change.

At Swasthgram, our mission is to bring accessible and affordable healthcare to the common people of India. Through our unique, indigenous medical diagnostic technology, we’ve bridged a crucial gap—delivering high-quality services at a fraction of the cost of imported alternatives. As part of our Swasthmanthan initiative, we've conducted over 2210 health camps using 05 La Bikes and 01 Charitable Lab, reaching underserved communities in remote areas, slums, villages, RWAs, and public events. Our field operations cover all age groups, ensuring essential healthcare access where it’s needed most.

LTo date, more than 6 lakh beneficiaries have received diagnostic services. In just the last two years, we've screened nearly 7000 pregnant women in rural areas, identifying high-risk pregnancies early and ensuring timely medical intervention. We go beyond diagnostics—critical patients are referred to partner hospitals for subsidized treatment, and medicines are provided through charitable dispensaries.
